    thanks for the mention of Duct Tape Marketing Steve – Twitter is such a fascinating tool, but let’s remember, it’s just another tool to help you meet your marketing and business objectives – so the first thing you must do is understand why you might use this or any social media tool – then the how gets much clearer.

  2. Thanks for mentioning my post here, Steve. That and my “Why are you on twitter” post have sparked lots of great conversation about exactly what John mentions in his comment – evaluating twitter’s usefulness in achieving goals. It’s just one tool available to us in this crazy online world.
